Shobha Cardoza – Project Manager
I started my career with DiTech Process Solutions as an Associate Project Manager.
The company has given me great work experiences, the ability to prove my competence
and enhance my knowledge and skills. I have got the opportunity to interact with
different global clients and hone my vital soft skills and business skills.
The freedom, flexibility and friendly work culture have helped me grow both as a
professional and individual. The Organization believes that “Changes are constant”
and the growth opportunities in such environment are immense. In less than two years
I got my first growth, as I was promoted as a Project Manager and my work was appreciated
and recognized.
The top management is audible to employees at all time and this approachability
makes me feel heard. At DiTech we are always encouraged to have a positive can-do
attitude which brings out the best in us. There is a perfect balance between work
and fun as exciting recreational events and trainings are offered to all.
