EDGAR Filings

DiTech provides a complete suite of EDGAR conversion and filing services in HTML, ASCII or XBRL formats. This involves converting electronic and paper documents into the SEC’s EDGAR format and filing them as per EDGAR procedures.

The EDGARization process typically involves the following steps: Formatting − Conversion and filing of EDGAR I (ASCII) and EDGAR II (HTML) compliant documents. We convert electronic and paper documents to SEC compliant EDGAR I & II and formats including :

Proof-Reading − If the document is assembled from several sources, it requires operator intervention. DiTech’s team of typesetters proofread word for word, to ensure that documents are accurately filed. A final proof is provided to the client for sign off before a filing is transmitted to the SEC.
